EXPERTISE
Sherab-Sangpo Pohl advises and represents clients in all areas of commercial law. One of his specializations is the resolution of complex litigation and arbitration, especially in cross-border scenarios.
Sherab has experience in, amongst others, insurance and reinsurance law, supervisory and liability law for independent professions, and director’s liability. His experience includes the representation of clients in litigation and arbitration, strategic advice and monitoring of parallel enforcement of major claims in multiple jurisdictions, and in the strategic advice on defending mass claims.
Before joining ARKTIK Legal, Sherab worked for the prestigious international law firm White & Case as a lawyer as well as a research assistant in their Dispute Resolution practice. He is a member of the working group on insurance law of the German Bar Association.
