This includes Criminal Tax Law, Medical Criminal Law, Environmental Criminal Law, Foreign Trade and Insolvency Criminal Law as well as allegations of corruption, competition agreements, insider trading, money laundering or fraud.
In addition, we cover other business-related areas such as the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz), Labour Criminal Law and violations of the German Securities Trading Act or the German Banking Act.
We further support our clients during enforcement actions by investigation authorities, e. g. searches (dawn raids), arrest warrants, confiscations and interrogations of accused persons and witnesses.
In addition to criminal defense in investigation proceedings in Germany, we are also specialized in extradition proceedings due to underlying international requests for arrests (Red Notices) by INTERPOL and also complaints against Red Notice at the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF).
