EXPERTISE
Lukas Tepke advises clients in commercial disputes as well as in criminal law matters. His practice focuses on civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.
Lukas has experience in international energy disputes, post-M&A disputes and arbitration proceedings. He has also dealt extensively with the use of illegally obtained evidence in international arbitration proceedings. His experience further includes advising clients on criminal and administrative offence proceedings before German investigative authorities and courts.
Before joining ARKTIK Legal, Lukas worked in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices of the renowned international law firms Clifford Chance and A&O Shearman. During the elective stage of his legal traineeship, he also worked at Clifford Chance’s New York office, where he gained international experience working on English-language matters.
