EXPERTISE
Marianna advises and represents clients in all areas of business and commercial law. Prior to joining ARKTIK Legal, she worked for the international law firm Taylor Wessing in the Practice Group Projects, Energy and Infrastructure and the international dispute resolution boutique HANEFELD in Hamburg and Paris.
Marianna has significant experience in advising and representing clients in national and international court and arbitration proceedings, in particular post-M&A and corporate law disputes, disputes in the sectors of plant construction and mechanical engineering as well as international trade and sales law. Marianna also regularly acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals.
