EXPERTISE

Moritz advises and represents clients in all areas of (international) business and commercial law, including public international law. Prior to joining ARKTIK Legal, he worked as a legal trainee for one of Germany´s most prestigious law firms Hengeler Mueller in the practice group Antitrust and for one of the world´s most prestigious international law firms Linklaters LLP in the practice group Corporate / M&A with a focus on shareholder activism and annual general meetings. Moreover, Moritz worked as a legal trainee at the European Union in Brussels (Belgium) with a focus on European commercial and business law. In addition, Moritz worked for the Foreign Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany at the German Consulate General in Miami (USA).

Moritz has significant experience in advising and representing clients in national and international court and arbitration proceedings, in particular shareholder activism, corporate law disputes, antitrust damages actions, European commercial law, as well as international trade, commercial and business law.
