EXPERTISE
Gereon advises and represents companies and private individuals in criminal and administrative offense proceedings. His advisory activities include preliminary proceedings as well as the defense and representation in main hearings. Gereon has experience in Commercial Criminal Law, with a focus on internal investigations and Criminal Tax Law, Environmental Criminal Law and criminal offenses like fraud or embezzlement.
Before joining ARKTIK Legal, Gereon worked as a research assistant during his law clerkship for an international law firm in the practice area of Admistrative and Criminial Compliance. Later he worked as an attorney for another international law firm in the practice area of Commercial Criminal Law. During this time he defended companies and conducted internal investigations.
EDUCATION
Gereon graduated from University of Cologne and completed his legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.
